Meet Jennifer Royer

Jennifer Royer focuses her practice on small business and local government representation, including the representation of local government employees, constitutional officers, school boards, and authorities. Ms. Royer’s practice includes both civil litigation and transactional work.

Ms. Royer has handled a wide range of litigation matters including employment discrimination, civil rights litigation, business and commercial disputes, real estate, land use, easements, mechanic’s liens, commercial leases, fiduciary disputes, insurance defense, and premises liability.

Ms. Royer’s transactional experience includes structuring and negotiating various vendor and independent contractor agreements, professional services and employment agreements, nondisclosure agreements, non-compete agreements, commercial leases, real estate contracts, and asset purchase agreements.

Ms. Royer lives in Roanoke with her husband, daughter, and two rescue dogs.
